Did I give up? Hell no! I am still working on Drifter. I am surprised that it is enjoyable to work with React Native coming from React.Js. I used to hear from others guru that it is a difficult journey and it will take me too long so I should not go this path. What a scary statement! Fear is not that big once facing it. It is worth to follow your dreams and I am doing it. At this moment I am trying to develop 2 applications and it is fun. I am very limited with time due to my language course, taking care of my six months old baby and trying to manage all chaos at home (food, cleaning, second kid). Also ice skating season started so I am attending training again.
Besides daily “routine”, I got a little bit stressed over the fact that in 1,5 month I am coming back to work. I want to make all my fun projects now, before I will be loaded with the company tasks. I am planning to showcase all my projects including coding, painting, signing, writing on the new domains. I guess it will be on adriana.codes or adrianamade.com. Great name potential!
I guess this post was a little bit more personal than just regarding Drifter development. But behind every project there is a person. And it is good to share this side as well than only dev backlog.
You will hear from me again.
All the best to you, reader 🙂
